The Licenses area displays all the licenses of your organization.
You'll see a list of all the licenses your organization has currently purchased, how many seats you have used for each, the date they became active, and the remaining time left before the license expires.
How are user licenses assigned?
User licenses (when not logging in via SSO) are assigned to a user after they activate their account and upload a submission.
Licenses are not transferable. Once a license has been assigned it cannot be reassigned to another user.
