This guide is for iThenticate administrators who manage or monitor accounts. Learn how to view your organization’s license details, usage, and expiration information to stay informed and in control.
In this guide:
Accessing licenses
The Licenses area displays all the licenses of your organization. To view this area, select Licenses from the right sidebar.
You’ll see a list of all the licenses your organization has currently purchased, including the date each license became active and the time remaining before it expires.
Seat-based licenses display the number of seats currently in use.
Submission-based licenses display the number of submissions that have been made.
Assigning licenses
User licenses (when not logging in via SSO) are assigned to a user after they activate their account and upload a submission.
Licenses are not transferable. Once a license has been assigned, it cannot be reassigned to another user.
